This study provides an opportunity to lay a foundation to rebuild a section of Kingston's downtown that is ready for intelligent and forward-thinking redevelopment.
The City of Kingston has completed an Environmental Assessment Study to define a recommended improvement plan for John Counter Boulevard, between Division Street and Princess Street.
This project is a precursor to the proposed program to replace the storm and sanitary sewers, waterlines, electrical, fiber and other underground utilities.
