Downtown Business Improvement Association
Kingston's downtown business improvement association — known as Downtown Kingston! BIA — operates programs that promote and beautify downtown Kingston. The association aims to encourage economic development and create jobs while strengthening the mix of goods and services presently available downtown. It creates an annual street festival, Kingston Buskers Rendezvous, the Limestone City Blues Festival and other high-profile events.
The association is open to all businesses within Kingston's designated Central Business District.
