Sealed, plainly marked bids will be received (in the City's possession by closing time) by the Clerk's Department at 216 Ontario St. or as specified in proposal/tender document. Submissions must be received by 3:00:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, March 26, 2008. A site meeting will be held on March 14, 2008 at 10 a.m. at Confederation Basin. The lowest or any bid not necessarily accepted. |
