Tenders must be received before the above mentioned time and date, and in accordance with the attached forms, Specifications, Instructions to Vendors, and Standard Terms and Conditions.

Bidders Meeting: There will be a voluntary bidder's site meeting held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday October 1, 2009. The meeting will be held at Meadowbrook Park located at 444 Kingsdale Ave.

A Bid Bond, not less than 10% of the bid amount, must accompany each Tender. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond upon execution of the Contract agreement.
