Sealed Tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received (must be in the City's possession by Tender closing time) by Council Support at 216 Ontario St. prior to 3:00:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, March 3, 2010, to:

65 Working days have been allotted to this project.

Approximate main quantities are:

• Earth Excavation 1,600 cubic metres
• Concrete Curbs 60 metres
• Concrete Sidewalks 5,375 square metres
• Asphalt/Pavement 1,565 square metres
• Topsoil & Sodding 6,180 square metres

Specifications and Form of Tender may be obtained from the Office of the Director of Engineering, 1211 John Counter Blvd., Kingston, Ontario. A non-refundable fee of $52.25 Dollars (plus $2.61 GST) payable by debit card, Visa, MasterCard, or cheque to (City of Kingston) is required. Cash will not be accepted.
