Sealed Tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received (must be in the City's possession by Tender closing time) by Council Support at 216 Ontario St. prior to 3:00:00 p.m. on: Wednesday, March 24, 2010, to:

125 Working days have been allotted to this project.

Approximate main quantities are:

• Storm & Sanitary Sewers 2,056 metres
• Watermain 1,341 meters
• Earth Excavation 5,920 metres
• Asphalt Pavement 10,060 meters
• Concrete Curbs 590 metres
• Concrete Sidewalks 2,563 metres
• Rock Excavation 1,345 metres

Specifications and Form of Tender may be obtained from the Office of the Director of Engineering, 1211 John Counter Blvd., Kingston, Ontario. A non-refundable fee of $52.25 (plus applicable taxes) payable by debit card, Visa, MasterCard, or cheque to (City of Kingston) is required. Cash will not be accepted.

The lowest or any bid not necessarily accepted.
