Sealed Tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received (must be in the City's possession by Tender closing time) by Council Support at 216 Ontario St. prior to 3:00:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19, 2010.

Approximate main quantities are:

• Storm & Sanitary Sewers - 687 metres
• Watermain - 591 meters
• Earth Excavation - 3575 cubic metres
• Asphalt Pavement - 5780 square meters
• Concrete Curbs - 1059 metres
• Concrete Sidewalks - 1235 square metres
• Rock Excavation - 200 cubic metres

Specifications and Form of Tender may be obtained from the Office of the Director of Engineering, 1211 John Counter Blvd. A non-refundable fee of $52.25(plus applicable taxes) payable by debit card, Visa, MasterCard, or cheque (to City of Kingston) is required. Cash will not be accepted.
