To report noise infractions for the City of Kingston East contact 613-546-4291 ext. 3117 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

CITY CENTRAL/CITY WEST - BYLAW 2004-52

To report noise infractions for the City of Kingston Central and West, contact 613-546-4291 ext. 3135 Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. For all other times, please contact Kingston Police at 613-549-4660.

NOISE EXEMPTION APPLICATIONS

Noise exemption applications are available by contacting the Licensing officer at 216 Ontario Street, 613-546-4291, ext. 3150. Applications will take approximately six weeks to process. An $100 administration fee is payable with the application.

Garbage

To report garbage infraction for the City of Kingston Central and West contact 613-546-4291 ext. 3135.

Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

To report dog and cat infractions for the City of Kingston Central contact 613-546-4291 ext. 3135.

Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

At all other times contact the Kingston Humane Society at 613-546-1291.
