Committee of Adjustment (Rural Panel)
About the Committee of Adjustment (Rural Panel):
The Committee of Adjustment's Rural Panel considers land division requests and minor variance and severance applications within the areas designated as rural under the City's Official Plan. The Panel is guided by the provisions of the Official Plan, including Bylaws 98-1 and 98-4. The Committee of Adjustment also has a Urban Panel. Beginning in April 2009, the Committee will no longer meet as separate Urban/Rural panels.
