Rural/Urban Liaison Committee (RULAC)

About the Rural/Urban Liaison Committee (RULAC):

This committee discusses issues and recommends solutions to matters of concern to the City and the Frontenac Management Board. This Committee was established by the order of the Minister of Municipal Affairs under Section 25.2 (4) of the Municipal Act. The Committee is composed of the Mayor, two members of council and two members of the Frontenac Management Board and meets at least quarterly.
