About the Kingston Entitlement Access Program (KEAP) Committee:

The KEAP Committee is no longer active. It was composed of five members including, one councillor, two members of the Child Tax Working Group and two members of City staff (resource and non-voting members). The Committee advised council on the implementation of the Kingston Entitlement Access Program.
