This Committee discusses the Corporate Awards Program known as 'First Capital Distinguished Citizen/Honourable Achievement Award Program' and miscellaneous honours and awards services for the community. Composition: Mayor Mark Gerretsen, Councillor Kevin George and Councillor Brian Reitzel.
