Committee of Adjustment

About the Committee of Adjustment:

The Committee of Adjustment deals with minor variance and severance applications across the City. The Panel is guided by the provisions of the Official Plan, including Bylaws 98-1 and 98-4. Before April 2009, the Committee of Adjustment comprised a Rural Panel and an Urban Panel, which met separately.
