2005 Time Line

SEPTEMBER 2005

Task Force to Review Services will meet to determine whether or not to review of another city service.

MARCH 22, 2005

Council adopted the recommendations of the Task Force to Review Services and provided staff with direction on how to implement the recommendations.

MARCH 2, 2005

Task Force to Review Services met to prepare their final recommendations for the services under review.

FEBRUARY 22 AND 23, 2005

Public open houses were held to inform the public and seek their comments and feedback on the draft recommendations on the services under review. The open houses were facilitated by the Task Force to Review Services with a formal presentation by BMA Management Consulting Inc.

Data gathering performed by service area staff in designated services and the project team.

OCTOBER 2004

Public and staff consultation on the service data gathered.
