Walk for Values Day

Walk for Values is unlike any other walk; it is not intended to raise money.

Instead, participants are asked to pledge their commitment to practicing Human Values: Love, Truth, Peace, Non-Violence and Right Conduct.

This Walk for Values will bring awareness and contribute to positive thinking by promoting integrity, forgiveness, tolerance, respect, understanding and other virtues.

WHEREAS Success By 6 is an excellent long term investment in our community's future;

NOW THEREFORE, I, Mayor Rosen, hereby proclaim Saturday, June 5, 2010, as "Walk for Values Day" in the City of Kingston.
