Mayor Harvey Rosen took part in a series of half-hour municipal affairs programs - Minutes With The Mayor - on TV COGECO. Kingston This Week columnist and reporter Lynn Rees Lambert hosted the program. Mayor Rosen and Ms. Lambert were joined by guests from the community and explored topical issues that affect Kingston residents.
