Public Meeting - Revised Block D Park Plan

Details:

On June 12 2007 staff held a public open house to present the concept plans for the Block D park. Feedback was received during this public session and comments continue to come via the Internet and email. The parks plan has been revised based on the comments received. A second public meeting is being scheduled to review the revised park plan.

Revised Block D Park Plan
January 16, 2008, Memorial Hall, City Hall, 7 p.m.

The revised plan includes landscaped areas at the ends of Gore Street and William Street to make the views more attractive and welcoming for the public, as well as more details on park amenities.

The plan is also available online at www.cityofkingston.ca/residents/development/blockd_park.asp. Written comments will be received at blockdpark@cityofkingston.ca until Friday, Feb. 15.
