North Block Redevelopment Strategy

Invitation to attend a Public Workshop
June 5, 6:30 pm at Memorial Hall, City Hall

The City of Kingston is undertaking a Redevelopment Strategy for the North Block. They have retained a consulting team lead by The Planning Partnership to assist them.

You are invited to join a public workshop to review the team’s work in progress on the Redevelopment Strategy. Building on the work that has already been completed for the North Block, the team will be addressing land use, density, built form, open space, streetscape, parking, transit and heritage in establishing various scenarios for the North Block.

The ideal Redevelopment Strategy will maximize benefits from investment in municipal infrastructure, result in the best and highest use for properties and consider sustainable development and environmental strategies.
