Cataraqui Estates Business Park, Phase 1 - City of Kingston - Applicant - D14-170-2009
An application for Zoning Bylaw Amendment for a portion of Cataraqui Estates Business Park
Phase 1. The proposal will amend the existing Restricted General Industrial (M6) zone to
the site specific Restricted General Industrial (M6-2) zone within the former Kingston
Township Zoning Bylaw No. 76-26, as amended, to reduce the minimum lot area and lot
frontage required in order to be consistent with the zoning in the existing developed area
of the Cataraqui Industrial Estates.

3029 Creekford Road - Ann Harrison - Applicant D14-169-2009 An
application for Zoning Bylaw Amendment to change the existing General Agricultural (A2)
zone to a Site Specific General Agricultural (A2-8) zone in Zoning Bylaw No. 76-26, to
satisfy a condition of Consent. The proposed zone change will recognize the existing
semidetached dwelling on the severed and retained parcels and the reduced road frontages
and lot areas.

1368 Highway 15 - Nigel & Tessa Dearsley - Applicant - D14-133-2009
An application for Zoning Bylaw Amendment to recognize the existing bed and breakfast. The
proposed zone change maintain the primary residential use of the existing Residential Type
1 (R1) Zone and add a "Bed and Breakfast" with up to 4 guest rooms as a permitted use.

Urban Design Guidelines - Information Report The City of Kingston has
retained consultants to undertake two sets of urban design guidelines. The Urban Design
Guidelines for New Neighbourhoods will apply to large areas of land within the urban area
that have not been previously developed, or that have the potential to be extensively
redeveloped. The Urban Design Guidelines for Low and Medium Density Residential
Intensification will apply to residential additions, infill, and redevelopment in the
urban area. Public open houses and workshops are planned for early 2010.

Application for Site Plan Control to permit a medical clinic facility to be developed on
the property.

585 Sibbit Ave. - 1766804 Ontario Ltd. - Applicant - D12-049-2009; D14-151-2009
Application for Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning Bylaw Amendment to create a
subdivision consisting of 8 residential lots and a new road. The subject lands are located
at 585 Sibbit Ave. The site has an area of 3.9 hectares (9.6 acres) and is located west of
the Faircrest Subdivision and east of Gates Boulevard and the Sewage Treatment Plant. The
site is the location of a former elementary school.

652 Dalton Ave. - Clermont Venture Ltd. - Applicant - D14-162-2009 The
purpose of the application is to permit a professional or business office and a restaurant
(Tim Horton's) as uses, to reduce the minimum required front yard setback, and to
establish a minimum setback distance from the wetland.

J.K. Tett Centre - City of Kingston - Applicant The purpose of the report
is to provide an update on progress and activity at the J.K. Tett Building since approval
of the zoning bylaw amendment outlined as Report No. PC-09-073, (from existing Special P.98
Zone to a Special Recreational Building 'P1.387' Zone) at the Planning Committee Meeting
held on Sept. 17, 2009.

City of KingstonWaterfront Strategy - Past Directions The purpose of this
report is to present a review of past studies and planning documents that address
waterfront issues from the past 30 years.
Information regarding the above can be viewed at the Planning and Development Department,
1211 John Counter Blvd., during normal office hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to
Friday.
