The City is developing Urban Design Guidelines for Low and Medium Density Residential Intensification and Urban Design Guidelines for New Communities with Brook McIlroy Planning & Urban Design / Pace Architects (BMI/Pace).

Two public open houses/workshops will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 3 in Memorial Hall at City Hall, 216 Ontario St.:

• one from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• and the other from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
