In accordance with Bylaw No. 2003-15, "A Bylaw to Provide for Notice Provisions as Required Under the Municipal Act, 2001," the Corporation of the City of Kingston hereby gives notice of its intention to discuss and pass a new Council Procedural Bylaw.
