The owner of Zappas Bar & Grill located at 178 Ontario St. has submitted an application to re-open an outdoor patio on the Ontario Street frontage of their establishment for the purpose of serving food and alcoholic beverages. The proposed patio is an assignment of the former patio at this property and will have approximately 20 tables and 55 chairs. The patio dimensions are unchanged. Drawings are available for review in the office of the Director of Engineering at 1211 John Counter Blvd. If you have any concerns with regard to this application, please submit your comments in writing to the Mark Van Buren, P.Eng., Director of Engineering, 216 Ontario St., Kingston, Ontario, K7L 2Z3 by April 7, 2010. |
