Kingston City Council will hold a public meeting to gauge community views regarding the cultural and social impacts of the Poker Run at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 22, in Memorial Hall, City Hall, 216 Ontario St. In February, City Council, acting on a report from the Kingston Environmental Advisory Forum (KEAF), passed a motion asking City staff to conduct a Your Opinion survey — now available at www.cityofkingston.ca/pokerrun — and hold a public meeting to gauge the impacts and community views regarding the Poker Run. The survey will remain active until April 30.
