K-Rock Community Suite

Community organizations can once again apply to use the Community Suite at the K-Rock Centre for the upcoming season.

Groups eligible to apply to use the suite during centre events include incorporated not-for-profit agencies, registered charities, minor sports associations, service clubs and community organizations in the City of Kingston.

Groups interested in applying to use the suite should:

• review the Corporate Suite Policy and guidelines at www.cityofkingston.ca/corporatesuite
• fill out the form at the end of the document and return it to corporatesuite@cityofkingston.ca or fax it to 613-542-1504.

The deadline for applications is noon on Thursday, July 1, 2010. Eligible applicants gain a chance to use the suite at K-Rock Centre events that take place between Sept. 1, 2010 and Aug. 31, 2011. Groups that applied last season must reapply to be considered for events for this upcoming year.

Use of the suite for Frontenacs games include complimentary tickets. Applicants who secure the use of the suite for family shows will be responsible for the cost of event tickets, food and beverages.
