The City of Kingston Planning Committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 17 in Council Chambers, City Hall, 216 Ontario St.

PUBLIC MEETINGS:

• 2312-2262 Cole Hill Rd. - Moniz & Amey - D14-178-2010
  The purpose of this rezoning application is to satisfy the conditions of provisional consent approval for lot line adjustments and bring each of the resulting properties into one zone.
• Princess - Alexander Street - City of Kingston - D09-052-2010
  The city-initiated Official Plan Amendment application seeks to re-establish the "Alexander Street Policy Area" policies into the adopted City of Kingston Official Plan, affecting properties municipally addressed from 1293 to 1343 Princess St. inclusive.

BUSINESS (Items for Discussion/Recommendation):

• Briceland Farms Subdivision - Driveways - Briceland Developments - D14-155-2009
  Application for Zoning Bylaw Amendment to amend driveway standards in the Briceland Farms Subdivision. The changes will allow parking in the front yard and recognize the existing driveways that exceed current zoning provisions.
• Kingston Residential Intensification & New Communities Guidelines (Includes presentation by Consultant) - City of Kingston
  The consultants for the Kingston Residential Intensification and New Community Design Guidelines will present the final draft document to Planning Committee. The design guidelines illustrate the City's urban design objectives and recommended best practices for both residential intensification projects and the development of new communities.
