Revisions to Civic Addressing and Road naming bylaw - City of Kingston
The purpose of this report is to outline, briefly, the background of Bylaw No. 2005-98 "Civic
Addressing and Road Naming Bylaw", to review some of its provisions, to recommend changes,
where appropriate, and to present an implementing Bylaw amendment.

The purpose of the requested Zoning Bylaw Amendment is to recognize existing conditions
and constraints of the subject property and to facilitate a proposed renovation of the J.K.
Tett Building, a designated building under the Ontario Heritage Act.
