Hop Aboard The Bus For Free On Clean Air Day
Clean Air Day is next Wednesday, June 4. Everyone rides Kingston Transit for free all day on Clean Air Day (no coupon required).
The annual initiative encourages Canadians to choose transit to cut down on car-generated smog and make other environmentally-friendly choices to spare the air. It's a choice more Kingstonians are making than ever before.
Kingstonians who choose to travel by bus, rather than by car, enjoy saving the environment and money. They prevent the further emission of six major air pollutants that come from cars and light trucks. And they save the more than $8,000 a year it costs, on average, to own a car.
