A voluntary site meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. at the Meadowcrest Community Centre, 360 Kingston Mills Road, Kingston, Ontario, and will then proceed to madoma community centre located at 1805 Highway 2 East immediately after.

Proposals must be received on or before the above-mentioned time and date, and in accordance with the provided RFP forms, Specifications, Instructions to Vendors, and Standard Terms and Conditions.
