ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Tourism Kingston, a division of the Kingston Economic Development Corporation (KEDCO), is requesting proposals for three year production of its annual tourism publication: Official Visitor Guide to Kingston. Production will include: the sales of all advertising, complete graphic design, writing of content, printing, production, administration, and associated invoicing and delivery of the final product to Tourism Kingston's storage warehouse.

For efficiency and consistency we are requesting a proposal for a three year contract. The award and annual renewal of this three year contract will be contingent upon KEDCO's funding from the City of Kingston.

The successful bidder will be able to provide a comprehensive proposal that includes all project components: advertising sales, graphic design, written content, printing, production, administration and associated invoicing requirements of the Visitor Guide. A review committee will make the final decision on the winning bid however, all contractors will be notified once the review process is complete and advised of the final decision.

Five printed copies of your proposal must be received in our office by 4:30p.m., April 30, 2010. Envelopes must be sealed and clearly marked TK-2010-01: Proposal for 2010, 2011 and 2012 Visitor Guide. Please deliver to:

All proposals received after this deadline will be returned unopened to the sender.
