Sealed, plainly marked bids will be received (in the City's possession by closing time) by the Clerk's Department at 216 Ontario St. or as specified in proposal/tender document.

Tenders must be received by 3:00:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2007.

Work must be completed by Nov. 15, 2007.

Approximate main quantities are:

• Earth Excavation: 120m3
• Rock Excavation: 4m3
• Concrete Curbs: 94m
• Concrete Sidewalks: 715m2
• Asphalt/Pavement: 200m2
• Topsoil & Sodding: 110m2

The lowest or any bid not necessarily accepted.

Specifications and Form of Tender may be obtained from the Office of the Director of Engineering, 1425 Midland Avenue, Kingston, Ont., upon deposit of a cheque in the amount of $50.00 (plus $3.00 GST) non-refundable fee.
