Sealed Tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received (must be in the City's possession by Tender closing time) by Council Support at 216 Ontario St. prior to 3:00:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010, to:

40 Working days have been allotted to this project.

Approximate main quantities are:

• Earth Excavation 2,620 cubic metres
• Storm Sewers 45 metres
• Concrete Curbs 931 metres
• Concrete Sidewalks 1,075 square metres
• Asphalt Pavement 11,500 square metres
• Traffic Signal 1 (one)

Specifications and Form of Tender may be obtained from the Office of the Director of Engineering, 1211 John Counter Blvd., Kingston, Ont. A non-refundable fee of $52.25 (plus $2.61 GST) payable by debit card, Visa, MasterCard, or cheque to (City of Kingston) is required. Cash will not be accepted.

The lowest or any bid not necessarily accepted.
