Sealed Tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received (must be in the City's possession by Tender closing time) by the City Clerk, City Hall, 216 Ontario St., Kingston, Ontario prior to 3:00:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, June 30, 2010,.

All work associated with this project shall be completed by October 8, 2010

Approximate main quantities are:

• Earth Excavation 135 cubic metres
• Partial Depth Removal of Asphalt Pavement 745 square metres
• Full Depth Reclamation of Asphalt Pavement 21,870 square metres
• Asphalt Pavement 34,015 square metres
• Speed Humps 36

Specifications and Form of Tender may be obtained from the Office of the Director of Engineering, 1211 John Counter Blvd., Kingston, Ontario. A non-refundable fee of $52.25 (plus applicable taxes) payable by debit card, Visa, MasterCard, or cheque to (City of Kingston) is required. Cash will not be accepted.
