The City's Customer Service Representatives respond to questions and concerns received via these City's Twitter feeds within 48 business hours.

Useful customer support sometimes requires detailed interaction and the collection of personal information. Given Twitter's 140-character limit and lack of privacy, users may be asked to contact a Customer Service Representatives by phone or through private e-mail so that their concerns can be more ably addressed.


Pay it all at City Hall

The one-stop Payment Centre at City Hall is open weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
