Photographs and logo art in the Grand Theatre Promotional Images database are the property of the individual artists and/or their representatives and provided only for legitimate use by media in advancing, reporting on — or reviewing — performances hosted at Kingston's Grand Theatre.
The City of Kingston and the Grand Theatre are nor responsible for the content or the quality of these performers' promotional images.

City of Kingston Image Database
All of the photos in the City of Kingston image database are licensed to the Corporation of the City of Kingston for non-profit purposes.
The images cannot be duplicated in whole or in part for commercial use without the express written permission of the City or its legal representatives. Non-commercial use of the images is permitted so long as it includes any photo credits specified for individual images and such use does not — in the sole opinion of the Directory of Strategy, Environment & Communications — damage the reputation of the City of Kingston.
