By making a submission of poetry through the City of Kingston's website, the author grants to the City the non-exclusive right to publish the author's poems or work throughout the world. Without limitation, the right to publish includes the right to publish the work in electronic and digitized format, to communicate the work to the public by telecommunication and, regardless of where the work exists at any time in any format, the right to license republication by third parties in that format. The City of Kingston reserves the royalty-free right to sub-license, reproduce, disclose, transmit, publish, broadcast and distribute electronically any such content for any non-commercial purpose related to in your own words: The Kingston Poetry Project, including but not limited to education, publicity and promotion.
