Housing Directives
To ensure compliance with the Social Housing Reform Act, 2000 and corresponding regulations across the service area, the Service Manager issues Directives to housing providers who are operating under the Social Housing umbrella.
Directives provide the interpretation and application of legislative and regulatory requirements that are necessary for social housing program delivery and compliance.
