Corporate Suite Policy
COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS NOW INVITED TO APPLY TO USE CORPORATE SUITE
The Corporate Suite Allocation Policy and application are available for download at the right. The deadline for applications is noon on Friday, July 1.
Groups eligible to apply to use the suite during centre events include incorporated not-for-profit agencies, registered charities, minor sports' associations, service clubs and community organizations in the city of Kingston.
Eligible applicants will qualify for an opportunity to use the suite. Being deemed eligible does not guarantee use of the suite. The suite's availability will depend on how many groups apply. Eligible applicants gain a chance to use the suite at K-Rock Centre events that take place between September 1, 2011, and August 31, 2012. Groups that applied last season must reapply to be considered for events for this upcoming year.
Use of the suite for Kingston Frontenac games includes complimentary tickets. Applicants who secure use of the suite for family shows will be responsible for the cost of event tickets, food and beverages.
