The Wally Elmer Neighbourhood Centre
BRINGING NEIGHBOURS TOGETHER
The Wally Elmer Neighbourhood Centre is a gathering place for people of all ages and is now offering scheduled programs and many drop-in activities from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The expanded hours are intended as an invitation to community partners to generate programs and activities to meet the needs and wishes expressed by the residents in the Wally's neighbourhood.
Over the coming months a new accessible gathering space will be created in the Wally with the involvement of community partners. Enjoy free skating at the Wally. The ice is in from Dec. 1 until March 21, 2009.
YOUR WALLY, YOUR WAY
The Wally Elmer Neighbourhood Centre is an invitation to those who live near the Wally to engage in activities — and to use the Wally to develop the neighbourhood they know best.
