Booking a City Facility

The City of Kingston has a variety of arenas, sports fields, meeting rooms, community halls and other facilities available for use by individuals, groups and organizations.

CENTRAL BOOKING AGENT

If you are planning an event, most of your questions about City facilities, sports fields, arenas, parks and meeting rooms can be answered by the Central Booking Agent/Facilities Booking office at facilitybooking@cityofkingston.ca or 613-544-4442 ext. 1800. Or, queries can be made in person at the INVISTA Centre, 1355 Gardiners Rd. from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. If you are planning a special event, you may wish to review the Special Events policy and access application forms available through the link at right.

BOOK ICE

Use the the eCity/Recreation Facilities explorer to find ice time at municipal arenas. Tournament forms and the Ice Allocation Policy are available using the link at right. Those interested in K-Rock Centre ice time can call Dave Flindall at 613-546-4291, ext. 1804. Or contact dflindall@cityofkingston.ca or facilitybooking@cityofkingston.ca.

BOOK A SPORTS FIELD

To use a sports field, visit the Sports Fields link at right. There you will find the Sports Field Allocation Policy, and field and tournament applications.

BOOK A PARK OR NEWLANDS PAVILLION

To book an event in a Kingston park or Newlands Pavillion in Macdonald Park, contact Lynn Grivich at 613-546-4291, ext. 1802. Or contact lgrivich@cityofkingston.ca or facilitybooking@cityofkingston.ca.

BOOK A SLIP

Use the Marinas link at right to find a slip for your boat at a City marina. Or call 613-546-4291, ext. 1887 or 1806.

BOOK SPRINGER MARKET SQUARE

Use the Special Events link at right to view the Special Events policy and access necessary forms. Direct your questions to Lynn Grivich at 613-546-4291, ext. 1802. Or contact lgrivich@cityofkingston.ca or facilitybooking@cityofkingston.ca.

BOOK A MEETING ROOM

Arrangements can be made to provide audio/visual support, overhead projectors, flip charts, and sound systems for a nominal fee. Catering services can also be arranged. Look through the tables below for more information about the meeting space you are interested in.
