Off-Leash Dog Park Public Liaison Committee (PLC)
The Off-Leash Dog Area Policy stipulates that a committee comprised of five Kingston
residents shall meet four times per year to review needs and requirements for the
permanent off-leash areas. The review will include amenities, maintenance, operations and education. The committee
meetings will also provide committee members with an opportunity to suggest and review new
initiatives and improvements to the off-leash dog areas.
