REGISTRATION

Register early. Availability is only guaranteed at the time your registration is processed. If a course is full you may be placed on a waitlist. You will be contacted if a space becomes available. Great programs may be cancelled if people wait until the last minute to register (due to cost concerns). All participants must meet the course age requirements.

PAYMENTS AND FEE ASSISTANCE

Full payment is due at registration. Please make cheque payable to "City of Kingston." Online eCity/Recreation payments must be paid by credit card — VISA, MasterCard, AMEX — or by using credit on account. An administration charge of $25 will be levied for all NSF cheques and returned payments.

Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is applicable on programs offered to participants 15 years of age and older and is not included in the Recreation and Leisure program and service fees advertised in this magazine unless otherwise noted.

You may be eligible for Municipal Fee Assistance - the program that helps everyone play. Recreation fee subsidies are available through both SPARK and P.R.O. Kids. Turn to page 5 to find out how you can get in the game, or see www.cityofkingston.ca/feeassistance.

REFUND POLICY

To request a refund, please download and fill in the Refund Request form at right and return it to the INVISTA Centre or Artillery Park Aquatic Centre. You may withdraw up to 48 hours before a program starts. A full credit will be placed on your Recreation and Leisure account. Requests for refunds made after this will be pro-rated as of the date of written notification. A $10 administration fee will apply. No refunds will be issued after the third class except for certified medical reasons. Full refunds will be issued for course cancellations only. The City may cancel or alter class offerings, times, costs or locations without notice due to low enrolment, policy change or facility/instructor availability.
