OPERATING HOURS
Fitness Centre Hours:
Mon. - Thurs. 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Fri. 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Sat. 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sun. 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Now it's more convenient than ever to get healthy. The expanded Fitness & Wellness Centre at the INVISTA is now open. Come down that day to tour the new adult and teen-friendly cardio and strength training machines, the youth game bikes and dance pads, try a fitness class, or talk to a fitness advisor. Memberships can also be presented for free admission to the INVISTA Centre public skating.

Personal belongings: For the safe keeping of your belongings, please take precautions by using lockers. You must provide your own lock. Coin operated wallet lockers are available. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Cell phone and PDA use: No person shall use a camera, cell phone or personal digital assistant (PDAs — Palm Pilot, Blackberry etc.) in any change room or washroom in any City of Kingston facility.
Cardio/weight-training equipment orientations are mandatory. Orientation sessions are included with memberships. Orientation sessions for pay-as-you-go cardio/weight-room users are $15 (participants also receive three free visits).
