INVISTA Centre: Fitness & Wellness
Join the more than 1000 Kingstonians who have purchased memberships at the Fitness & Wellness Centre (since January 2010).
Come tour the Fitness & Wellness Centre and speak with our highly-trained and energetic staff about meeting your fitness goals and our affordable rates (see below). Our $15 orientation session includes three free visit and allows you to try us out before deciding on a longer-term membership. Members also enjoy free admission to the public skates at the INVISTA Centre.

June 27 to September 4
Monday to Thursday: 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday: 6 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
September 6 to June 25
Monday to Friday: 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m - 8 p.m.
Sunday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE
Personal belongings: For the safe keeping of your belongings, please take precautions by using lockers. You must provide your own lock. Coin operated wallet lockers are available. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Cell Phone & Photo Policy: Cellular phones, cameras and personal digital assistants are not permitted in the change rooms, fitness rooms, pool deck or washrooms at any City of Kingston facility. Persons wishing to take photos at recreation facilities must request permission. Contact the Registration Desk for further information.
Cardio/weight-training equipment orientations are mandatory. Orientation sessions are included with memberships. Orientation sessions for pay-as-you-go cardio/weight-room users are $15 (participants also receive three free visits).
