Walk On

This free, drop-in indoor winter walking program, offered in conjunction with the KFL&A Public Health, runs from the first week of November until the end of March. It had been suspended due to concern over the H1N1 virus, but will resume on Monday, Jan. 4, 2010.

Walking is a great way to get your recommended 30 to 60 minutes a day of exercise — and Walk On is a social way to do it!
