Accessible On-Demand Taxi Service
A draft report on the possible implementation of Accessible On-Demand Taxi service in [PDF: 1.2MB] Kingston is now available, and was the subject of two public sessions and a Your Opinion online comment opportunity, which ended on Sept. 28.

The draft report, prepared by BMA Management Consulting, looks at how an accessible on-demand taxi service could be implemented in Kingston to meet the needs of those Kingstonians who require accessible vehicles for transportation, such as those who use wheelchairs.
Using an on-demand taxi service would be another option for those who may now use Kingston Access Service (KAS) buses or make use of Kingston Transit's Easier Access Routes.
