Attended parking garages offer the convenience of longer-term parking than metered or on-street options. The cost for off-street parking is $1 an hour. Please see map for garage and parking lot locations.
After hours, drivers are required to deposit $3 on exit at the gated lots. The City offers a First Hour Free in the attended lots, while the attendant is on duty.
Attendant is on duty at Hanson & Chown:
Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.,
and Saturday, 11:45 a.m. - 6:15 p.m. $1 per hour (first hour free).
Attendant not on Duty:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 p.m. to 8:15 a.m., and Saturday 6:15 p.m.
until Monday 8:15 a.m. $3 exit box (only Loonies and Toonies are accepted).
HOW TO LEASE A MONTHLY PARKING SPOT
Monthly parking permits are available at many municipal garages and lots. The cost for permits range from $40 to $85 (plus tax) per month.
There are currently waiting lists for monthly permits at a number of municipal lots. All rates are subject to change.
