Residential and Temporary permits do not exempt their holders from the City's Winter Parking restrictions. This means they must abide by the "No Parking 1 a.m. to 7 a.m. from Dec. 1 to March 31" winter overnight parking restriction on-street.
Motorists are permitted to park without additional payment until 8 a.m. on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday at the Frontenac County Court House or Pump House Steam Museum lots. After 8 a.m. on weekdays, Pay and Display payment is required for any vehicle remaining in these lots. Additionally, downtown municipal surface parking lots have parking available without payment until 9:30 a.m. Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday.
