About The Transpass Program
Kingston Transit's Transpass is a discounted monthly transit pass offered through employers to their staff at their workplace. Transpass is a convenient way for workers to renew their monthly bus pass at a lower cost — and it's a great way to promote use of Kingston Transit as green commuting option.
Here are some other reasons to get interested in Transpass:
- The average cost of operating a car in Canada is approximately $8,150 per year, or 68 cents per kilometer.
- Finding a convenient place to park can be challenging — and expensive.
- Using Kingston Transit takes cars off the road and cuts down on Greenhouse Gas Emissions and city traffic.
