Municipal Marinas Workplace Passport

A Workplace Passport will be required before performing any repairs, maintenance, commissioning and/or selling of boats on the City of Kingston Marinas properties.

Proof of Worker's Compensation certificate and City of Kingston Insurance Certificate must be submitted with the application.

THE WORKPLACE PASSPORT POLICY

  • All companies and/or employees performing work activities regarding repairing, commissioning or selling of boats, at the City of Kingston's marinas, must be registered with a workplace passport. The Workplace Passport Fee is $304.48 + Taxes.
  • All appropriate licences, insurance policies and Worker's Compensation certificates must be up to date while working on the City of Kingston marinas, for the entire duration of the passport.
  • The passport will be valid from January 2010 to December 2010. All other additional marina charges such as launching, crane hoisting (2 Tons), mast stepping and docking fees must be paid in full at the time of service.
  • City of Kingston Clean Marina procedures should be practiced while working at City of Kingston marinas.
  • v A list of companies approved to perform work on the City of Kingston marinas will be made available to all customers.
