null Amended Notice of Intention to declare surplus and dispose of Municipal property
September 10, 2013 -
PURSUANT TO the City's Public Notice Policy take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kingston intends to consider the following actions with regard to municipal property:
- To declare surplus and dispose of the property known as Block 4 (bounded by Queen, King, Ontario Streets and The Tragically Hip Way) of the North Block District, described as Lots 1,2,11,12,13,14, 53,54, 55,56, Original Survey, City of Kingston now further described as Parts 1 through 10 on Reference Plan 13R-20712.
- To stop up and close a portion of the road allowances known as King Street and Queen Street on the Original Survey, City of Kingston now more particularly described as Parts 3 and 4 on Reference Plan 13R-20712.
City Council will consider these matters on October 1, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Kingston. Location maps are available for review at the address noted below during regular business hours.
Anyone wishing to be heard regarding these matters should contact the Clerk's Office or provide written comments before 4 p.m. September 30, 2013.
In the event that the matter is deferred, no further public notice will be given.
