Application deadline for use of the City's Community Suite is fast approaching
May 28, 2018 -
Time is almost up for community organizations to apply to use the City of Kingston's community suite at Rogers K-Rock Centre for regular season Kingston Frontenacs' home games. Use of the suite includes complimentary tickets to the game.
If you are interested in finding out more about the application process visit: www.CityofKingston.ca/CommunitySuite.
Send your completed forms to email@example.com or fax them to 613-546-1899 before noon on June 1 to qualify.
Due to the limited number of home games, applications will be approved by the City on a first come, first served basis. Successful applicants will then have their names entered in a random draw to receive the date of their home game.
Applicants are responsible for the cost of food and beverages. Groups that applied last season must reapply to be considered for events for this upcoming year.
Groups eligible to apply include: incorporated not-for-profit agencies, registered charities, minor sports associations, service clubs and community organizations in Census Metropolitan Areas (CMA) which include Township of South Frontenac, Township of Frontenac Islands, Loyalist Township and the City of Kingston.
